How can I get Insurance for Intraoral Massage in the UK, ROI and some other European Countries?

The BRCP (British Register of Complementary Practitioners) is a multi-disciplinary complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) register that enables the public to discover all your disciplines in one place. Established in 1989, it is one of the longest-running multi-disciplinary registers in the UK and welcomes international registrants.

Practitioners who are about to embark on, or have already graduated from the BRCP Approved TMJ Massage Therapies Level 1 course, may join the British Register of Complementary Practitioners at the special rate of £127 (instead of the standard joining fee of £152).  This includes the annual registration fee of £82, so is extremely good value!  You may also apply to register your other disciplines at a one-time cost of £15 each.  Your annual registration fee remains at £82 to include all disciplines.

An application form and guidance notes can be found HERE and Benefits of Registering with the BRCP can be found HERE.

Balens specialist insurance brokers have devised and arranged a bespoke insurance policy suitable for BRCP members who live in the UK, ROI and the Netherlands. The policy includes cover for Professional Liability & Malpractice and the option to add insurance cover for Personal Accident and Business Equipment ‘All Risks’ for UK clients.  Details of how to contact Balens are within our application form.

If you already have insurance cover, please send a copy of your current schedule with your application.  For those who live overseas, you may still enjoy BRCP registration with your own insurance where applicable in your country of residence.

For further information or any questions please contact office@brcp.uk.
