Helen Baker qualified as an Integrated Body Therapist in 2009 at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT) and started treating clients with TMJ Dysfunction at The Mosman Chiropractic Centre in Sydney, Australia. Helen re-located to the UK in August 2016 and is now practicing in North Cornwall, UK.  

Helen specialises in TMJ massage techniques and has completed advanced Myofascial Release training and Cranial Sacral Therapy specialising on the jaw and neck. She continues to successfully treat clients with jaw, face and head issues.  Helen’s approach is very gentle, nurturing and holistic working 100% together with the client to achieve great results. Helen has developed a bespoke massage treatment known as TMJ Massage Therapies focusing primarily on the TMJ, face and head. Each TMJ massage treatment includes TMJ Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Remedial Massage. 

TMJ Massage Therapies® is an Approved Training Provider with IICT, NCBTMB and CMMOTA and is approved to teach Techniques for TMJ Dysfunction in the UK, EU, AUS & NZ, USA & Canada.

Members of the NCBTMB in USA will gain 12 CE points on completion of the course. Members of the CMMOTA in Canada will gain 16 CE points on successful completion of the course. Members of NHPC will receive 15 Credits on completion of the course. Members of MTAS will receive 12 CPD Credits on completion of the course. Members of ANTA will receive 12 CPE Points on completion of the course. Members of MTAA in Alberta, Canada will receive 16 Primary PD Credits.

In 2007 Helen dislocated her jaw and has since been passionate about helping and treating others with TMJ Dysfunction. Her passion, personal experience and compassion for TMJ Dysfunction makes her treatment unique and highly sought after. Her wealth of knowledge, personal experience and passion to treat both acute and chronic TMJ issues has resulted in a very high success rate.
